What We Do

We mostly play doubles. However, now that we have acquired so many tables, we also have space for singles and practice. There is now space and time for pretty much any type of table tennis that you take a fancy to!

Our traditional favorite, however, has been to play doubles. This way each table accommodates 4 players and there is hardly any sitting time. Since, in doubles, the partners must alternate hits, moving in to make your shot and then... getting out of the way for your partner... it all makes for a lot of exercise! It also adds a great deal to the strategy. The fun is quite addictive! At least it is a positive addiction.

We have a great group of players who are friendly and willing to share their knowledge. It is wonderful exercise and we all look forward to our next play-day. Most of us had to relearn the game after being away for quite a few years, but we would all agree that coming back to it was one of the best decisions we have made!
