Thank you for visiting our new website. Please visit often because the more hits we get the more google and the other search engines will recognize us. Also, the more websites we can get to include us as a link, the more we will be noticed.

There are many additions yet to be made so keep checking it out. I am still tweaking the "look" whenever I get time. In order to get it up quickly, I constructed the Site originally for the new players that may want to join us and presented all the info they would need to get started.

The new additions to the Website will be primarily aimed at making it better for the current members. The bottom of the home page will always have the "Members News & Notes" where current happenings will be discussed.

In order to get it up speedily, I had to make most of the decisions about the Website on my own . However, now the site can become whatever we want it to be. Give me your feedback!

I was thinking that in the Members section we could make the names "hot" and each member could have his own page to tell about him or herself. It could include a picture, the work we used to do, what our interests are, etc. This is just a suggestion. If you were to email what you wanted on your page, I would add it. Not everyone would have to participate in this and the others could always add their ideas later.

There is more good stuff to come. Just give me time. We will still be adding or replacing pictures as they come in. We might even be able to have our own email on the Site such as name@lanetabletennis.net! I will keep you posted.

You Can Help

As stated earlier, our biggest problem is getting recognized by the search engines so that if someone were to Google "eugene" and "table tennis" that we would come up on the 1st page. It would help if we could become a link on other established websites. Let me know if you think of any local site that might want to have us as a link. If we all pull together we could make this club even more special than it is now!
